1. Letter of Intent or Reservation Agreement: This initial step secures your chosen unit.
2. Promise to Purchase (PTP) Agreement: Once you’ve decided to move forward, the next step is to sign the PTP agreement. No additional payment is required at this stage.
3. Contract Signing: Upon signing the contract, 35% of the total cost is due. This makes the transaction official and construction begins.
4. Before Slab Construction: Just before the slab is laid, another 35% of the total cost is due. This keeps the construction process moving forward.
5. End of Finishes: When the finishes are complete, a further 15% is due. This takes us one step closer to handing over the keys.
6. Transfer of Title: The final 10% is due upon the transfer of title, marking the completion of the transaction and the beginning of your new life in Todos Santos.
