This week, on The Nick Fong PODCAST, Nick meets with Eric and Melissa Eross to hear about their experience buying a condo pre-construction. Now that they’ve completed the process, they’re happy to share with you the details of their experience. A little about Eric and Melissa Eross
Currently living in the Phoenix Arizona area, Fountain Hills to be specific, Eric and Melissa Eross now own a Cabo pre-construction condo. Melissa was born and raised in Arizona and she tells Nick that she loves it there. Then, Eric is originally from Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, where he grew up.
Regarding their careers, Melissa tells Nick that she wears many hats. First, she’s a certified medical assistant. Next, she’s a stay-at-home mother with two children, a 15 and 20 year old son along with a French bull-dog – her baby. Finally, she runs a family business, managing the daily responsibilities.
Eric is a Physician, a Neurologist by trade, as he explains to Nick. Then, he tells Nick that is why he lives in Arizona. He works at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, which is near Fountain Hills. After that, he goes into some detail about his role as a headache medicine specialist at the Mayo Clinic.
How they came to know Cabo
After Nick asks them how they first discovered Cabo, Eric explains to Nick that he had first traveled to Cabo in 2011. He visited Cabo with his brother. He further explains that he couldn’t wait to bring Melissa there – he immediately knew that Cabo was a special place indeed. After that, the two of them have been vacationing in Cabo ever since then – they tell Nick how they’ve always loved vacationing there.
Next, Eric tells Nick how they have always stayed at the same place each year: The Waldorf Astoria. Then, he explains how the Waldorf was previously called The Resort at Pedregal. He tells Nick that place has always been special to the two of them – it’s where he first told Melissa that he loves her. But also, the Waldorf Astoria is an amazing high-end resort to say the least.
How they decided to purchase their own Cabo home
Eric and Melissa both describe to Nick about how staying at the Waldorf Astoria, though truly amazing, was becoming quite expensive over the years. So one day, together they had come up with the idea of getting their own place in Los Cabos. In their conversation with Nick, they tell him that having their own place in Cabo may be more appealing than staying at the Waldorf. It would own it.
The new development called Cenit in Cabo
Cenit is situated within a prime location. To elaborate, it boasts breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. Also, the two of them discuss the top-notch amenities that Cenit has to offer.
