See the new company called Ronival Marketing
In the video, Nick Fong announces his new company within called Ronival Marketing. That means, there are now three Ronival companies: Ronival Real Estate, Ronival Property Management, and now Ronival Marketing. To begin, Nick asks Sergio about the challenges he’s faced since Ronival Marketing’s launch. Sergio says that the biggest challenge has been finding a Marketing Director – someone to head the the new company.
Sergio Benitez has been looking for a Marketing Director far and wide. He’s been using both social media and head hunters to find someone. As Sergio mentions, Ronival is looking for a creative person, first and foremost. To explain, he’s searching for someone who is innovative and open to new ideas. Sergio wants someone who will break the mold and someone who has great people skills.
What Ronival Real Estate needs NOW
When the interview starts, Nick talks about their immediate needs in Baja California Sur, and specifically, Los Cabos, which includes the cities of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. As such, he asks his top-two people, Greg Willis and Sergio Benitez, what they’re looking for in terms of talent. He starts with operations positions, so he asks Sergio first.
As Sergio says in the video, it’s difficult to find good people that are already local to Baja California Sur. Therefore, he says that this is a call-out to people who want to move to Los Cabos. That is where Ronival Real Estate is headquartered. Sergio calls Cabo “the nicest place in the world” – a paradise.
Regarding Ronival’s operations, Sergio tells Nick that he needs videographers, photographers, and marketing staff. For management, Sergio says that he needs a Call-Center Manager and a Marketing Director. In other words, they are hiring across the board. They have an immediate need for administration staff.

Sergio tells Nick that he needs someone who can manage the call-center team, create the KPI’s or Key Performance Indicators, and set up goals.
