Berenice was born in Mexico City and having spent several years in the USA completing high school, she returned to Mexico City to pursue a degree in Financial Administration at Tec de Monterrey. The majority of her professional journey unfolded within multinational corporations, where she focused on international finance and procurement, a role that brought Berenice immense gratification.
In 2018, a new chapter began with a move to Los Cabos due to marriage. Initially delving into international procurement, a desire for more family time steered her towards exploring new avenues. It was in Los Cabos that her passion for real estate was ignited, ultimately leading to her becoming a Certified Real Estate Agent.
Through Berenice’s initial real estate transactions, she discovered the satisfaction of assisting clients through every phase of the process, culminating in property handover.
