Cyndi’s estimates that there are about 40 new houses being built every month. Also, developers are buying any available large lot in order to build condos along the Pacific beach. Cyndi explains the attraction of Cerritos is the climate. She calls it a micro-climate that is the best in all of Baja California.

From Delaware and then New Jersey on the east coast, Cyndi Williams eventually moved to California to be an adult, as she puts it during the PODCAST. There she lived for 25 years.
