Today, in this latest episode of The Nick Fong PODCAST, Nick presents his special guest Cyndi Williams. She recently started working for Ronival Real Estate, and Nick is excited to introduce her to all of you. And as Nick mentions in the video, Cyndi is not new to real estate, as you’ll see.
Now passing her 37th year as a real estate broker, Cyndi has worked in real estate both in the United States and in Cabo. To begin, her first 25 years of experience was in the U.S. Then in Cabo, she’s now surpassing 13 years. As she tells Nick, she first started working for Greg Willis, Nick’s Sales Director at Ronival Real Estate.

Learn what Cyndi Williams brings to the table
Back when Cyndi Williams first stated visiting Cabo, she stayed in her small condo that she had purchased at Marina Sol. Shortly after that, she made the decision to live in Cabo full-time. Right away, she contacted Greg Willis to work in real estate once again, this time in Los Cabos.
As you’ll see in the video, only six days after arriving in Los Cabos, Cyndi badly injured her Achilles Heel. It was so bad that it required surgery that very evening. When you hear her tell the story, she explains how she had to negotiate a time for the surgery with the doctor in order to get back to work quickly.
When speaking to Nick, Cyndi details how she owned a restaurant, a hotel, and half of a real estate company in Los Cabos named Premier Real Estate. But finally, she decided to sell all of it in order to focus 100% of her time on real estate. And since she’s been friends with many of Nick’s staff for years, and she’s quite impressed with how Nick Fong is running is business, it was an easy decision for her to work with Nick.
