ROCIO MONTAÑO

Innovation, leadership, and experience are all qualities that have helped Rocio Montaño achieve success in the hospitality industry. With over 24 years of experience at some of the most prestigious hotels and resorts in Cabo, it is no wonder why she has been so successful with Ronival Real Estate & Property Management Services.

She arrived in Cabo in 1997 where she started her career in the hotel industry and worked in different areas such as House Keeping, Reservation, Front Desk, etc. Her last position was Operations Manager.


Rocio quickly identified the need for Cabo property management services for the clients of her husband, Nick Fong. Together, they founded Ronival Real Estate and Property Management in 2010.

Now, Rocio and her team of property management professionals provide the highest standard of customized service and attention for Cabo homeowners from House Administration and Vacation Rentals to Project Management.

Standards and checklists are in place for all inspections, observations, and issues are reported in real-time through our Operations System to your Property Manager who addresses any issues and reports back to you for follow-up or authorizations.
