Scott and his family first had the opportunity to visit Cabo in 2008 when they decided this is where they wanted to live. As of about 4 years ago, that dream became a reality. Scott is deeply connected to the community in Los Cabos. He is the Director and coach for a youth sailing program that teaches kids from 8 to 18 how to sail competitively, with a long background in competitive sailing, Scott enjoys passing on this knowledge to the next generation so that they may also gain a love for the sea and the sport of sailing. He is an avid dirt-bike rider and enjoys the challenges and intense focus required for riding in some of the most difficult terrain in the world. This perspective gives him the ability to see and appreciate some of the more remote and beautiful areas of Los Cabos. Scott was one of the first 100 agents in the State of Baja California Sur to gain his Broker’s license and CONOCER certification. He brings with him experience learned as the founder and CEO of a manufacturing company in the USA. He has navigated the complex process of taking products to market and landing contracts with, among others, two of the largest Home Improvement chains in the world. He attributes his success not only to his passion, but also to his intuition regarding the psychology of buying and selling. Scott consistently provides the service and attention required for what can be a complex and often deeply personal endeavor of buying a home. His attention to detail and to the wants and needs of his clients is unsurpassed.
