Paty Estrada brings close to 7 years of experience in real estate with Ronival, where she currently serves as Sales & Transactions Director. Since joining the company in 2019, she has played a key role in building and leading the team that has positioned Ronival as the #1 real estate company in Baja California Sur.
Her career began in the hospitality and events industry at just 19 years old, where she quickly excelled in organizing large-scale social and corporate events in Mexico and abroad, including two years in Rome, Italy. In 2009, Paty relocated to Los Cabos, inspired by its natural beauty and thriving tourism sector. After a decade of success in restaurants and event management, she discovered a new passion and lifelong career path in real estate.
At Ronival, Paty first supported the Broker as an assistant before working her way up to leadership. Today, she oversees sales operations, transaction management, and agent development, while also leading Ronival’s team leaders and satellite offices across Baja California Sur. She is deeply involved in negotiations, high-end listings, and client relations, as well as guiding the company through fiscal and legal matters to ensure smooth and compliant closings. Her ability to manage both the strategic and operational sides of the business makes her an essential part of Ronival’s continued growth and success.
