Born and raised in beautiful Buenos Aires, Argentina, Patricia moved to Toronto in 2003 with her husband and two teenage kids. Her interest in real estate began while working in the commercial side of the business as a CPA and MBA for major corporations such as Brookfield and Colliers. As a corporate controller, Patricia was involved in numerous transactions, which opened her eyes to the potential of investing in real estate.
Patricia’s personal interest in residential real estate led to multiple acquisitions in Toronto and internationally. This passion, combined with her success, prompted her to make a career change, obtaining her real estate license in 2017. Since January 2018, she has worked with Toronto buyers, sellers, and investors, becoming a Real Estate Broker in 2020. Patricia’s dedication and expertise have helped many clients, who have often referred her to their friends, families, and networks, turning many professional relationships into lasting friendships.
Patricia discovered Los Cabos with her husband in 2008 and has been a regular visitor ever since. She is an expert in the area, finding no other place as naturally beautiful and full of opportunities. The rapid growth of the Los Cabos real estate market over the past 15+ years has been astounding, and Patricia is excited to be part of that growth. She is dedicated to helping her clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling properties. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and licensed in both Canada and Mexico, Patricia is also a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Her financial background allows her to provide clients with thorough investment analysis and tailored advice. When not working, she enjoys walking her bulldog Vito, hiking, golfing, yoga, and exploring new places with her husband Roberto, family, and friends.
