Founder and Broker of Ronival™ Real Estate | eXp Realty
Nick Fong is a real estate entrepreneur and broker with more than two decades of experience in Baja California Sur. Originally from Chicago, he earned a degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Illinois before moving to Los Cabos in 2004—a decision that would ultimately shape both his career and his life in Mexico.
In 2010, Nick and his wife, Rocío Montaño, founded Ronival™ Real Estate and Property Management. What began as a local real estate company has grown into one of Baja California Sur’s most established real estate organizations, with operations spanning residential and luxury real estate, new developments, property management, vacation rentals, remodeling, and concierge services.
In 2026, Nick led Ronival™ into its next stage of growth through an alliance with eXp Realty, connecting Ronival’s established presence and market expertise in Baja California Sur with eXp’s global real estate network, technology, and agent platform. The partnership allows Ronival to maintain the local knowledge, relationships, and identity it has built over more than 15 years while giving its agents and clients access to a broader international network.
Throughout his career, Nick has focused on building more than a traditional brokerage. His approach combines real estate expertise, technology, marketing, agent development, and a deep understanding of the Baja California Sur market to create opportunities for clients, agents, and investors on both sides of the border.
Nick has appeared on HGTV’s Beachfront Bargain Hunt and Mexico Life, bringing international attention to real estate and life in Baja California Sur. He has also shared his experience with the real estate industry as a speaker, including at the Tom Ferry Virtual Summit.
As the host of The Nick Fong Podcast, Nick speaks with entrepreneurs, developers, industry leaders, and members of the Baja community about real estate, business, investment, and the people and ideas shaping the region.
Today, Nick continues to lead Ronival™ while helping connect Baja California Sur with an increasingly global real estate market. Through the alliance with eXp Realty, his focus remains the same: building stronger opportunities for agents, creating greater reach for clients, and positioning Baja California Sur within the international real estate conversation.
