Kathy Rogan is thrilled to embark on her journey with the Ronival family. Three years ago, she made the bold decision to move to Cabo, even though she didn’t know a soul in the area. Little did she know that she would arrive just four days before the Covid pandemic brought everything to a halt. Despite the challenges, Kathy embraced the adventure with open arms.
During her time in Cabo, Kathy adopted a rescue dog named Chloe, who has become her beloved companion. Chloe is a delightful mix of Australian Shepherd, Pitbull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, and Boxer, surpassing expectations and weighing in at 46 lbs. Kathy’s love for Cabo knows no bounds, and she has no plans of ever leaving this beautiful place she now calls home.
Before her move to Cabo, Kathy resided in San Diego, where she served as a C-Level executive assistant for the nation’s largest healthcare organization. When Kathy relocated to Cabo, she started her own virtual assistant business. However, after three years, she realized that her vibrant personality and passion for connecting with people were better suited for a different path. Drawing upon her architectural design background and her genuine interest in understanding people’s motivations, Kathy is excited to merge these skills to thrive in her role at Ronival.
Outside of work, Kathy indulges in her passions for travel, wine-tasting, cooking, sailing, and anything water-related. These activities bring her immense joy and fulfillment, and she looks forward to pursuing them further in the stunning surroundings of Cabo.
