Ixchel was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, and raised in the picturesque lakeside town of Ajijic, located in Chapala, the largest lake in Mexico. She studied law with a specialization in real estate law, which allowed her to develop a deep understanding and passion for the real estate industry. Through her legal work, she assisted numerous clients who were unhappy with their home purchases and often found herself helping them sell their homes. This experience inspired her to become a realtor, combining her legal expertise with her desire to help others.
