Greg Willis is Ronival’s most experienced Senior Agent and is a veteran resident of Los Cabos since 1981 with a wide range of experience and expertise in sales & marketing, project development, real estate, consulting, and interest in everything that has made Cabo a world class vacation & residential location.
Greg moved here from Palm Beach Florida after college and worked as a boat Captain on large yachts and sport fishers until 1996, when he got involved in the area’s rapidly growing sector of resort development and residential sales. Greg worked as project director, sales team manager, marketing specialist, and consultant to many of Los Cabos largest developers for over 20 years, and also successfully operated his own sales & marketing company from 2011 to 2016.
Greg joined Ronival in 2017 to pursue his passion in residential, development & commercial real estate, and helping his clients find the right property, location, and best value for their new home, vacation property, business or development project.
