About Gaby Lopez
Born in Venezuela, Gaby has had a fairly broad background. She has managed businesses and she was a scuba-diving instructor for two years. Now, she only dives for fun and she also loves to surf, since she’s been laser-focused on her real estate business with Ronival Real Estate. As you will see in the video, she just loves Cabo. She expresses that it’s near the ocean and the perfect whether makes all the difference.
Jesus Valenzuela’s background and his small surprise
Jesus, who is from the Los Angeles area, is quite serious about the real estate business. Indeed, Nick is very happy with his performance. Jesus’s small surprise is this: he’s only 19 years old. As such, he only graduated High School a year ago. Attending University now, he is one of Ronival’s top-selling agents at the same time. How incredible is that?

For example, a dialing system is used to make hundreds, if not thousands of phone calls per hour. Additionally, the CRM system mentioned earlier is used to send hundreds of thousands of email communications every single month.
Used to send text messages, text messaging systems work very well. Nick Fong says that many of his clients are more available via text messaging on their phone. As such, Nick uses technology to send tens of thousands of text messages every month. Keep in mind, all of these communications are controlled and have a purpose based on information about or requested by each client.
