To begin, they first came to Cabo in 2007 where they stayed in a timeshare. Once there, they quickly fell in love with everything about the area. To elaborate, they love the people, the safety, and the weather. Now, they really love their new home in Montemar, which is one of Ronival Real Estate’s new developments.

Where to retire? – Making the right decision
Dale and Theresa answer an important question in the video. There, they reveal how to make the decision of where to retire. First, they flew to Europe to explore for a month while having a great time in the process. Of course, after they considered just how much they love Cabo having gone there the first time, Dale and Theresa set their sights on that possible decision.

Coming from St. Luis, Missouri, Dale and Theresa sold their business in 2019 in order to prepare for retirement. As Dale mentions, it took them a while to figure it all out. During that process, they went back to Cabo a couple of times in order to search for their Cabo dream home.
As an interesting coincidence, their first of two visits to Cabo was for a wedding, which was canceled due to COVID-19. As you may have guessed, they decided to go anyway for a getaway and to seek out some possible home options. Interestingly, that’s when they first met Nick Fong of Ronival Real Estate. Then, Dale, with Theresa’s permission, went back to Cabo alone to buy a Cabo home – what a story indeed!
