Associa Mexico works directly with Boards of Directors for local community associations. In Canada, these are called “Stratas,” while in the U.S. they’re “Homeowners Associations (HOAs).” In Mexico, they are known as Asociaciones Civiles Nacionales (IACIP). The company handles all financial administration—including accounting, monthly reporting, and tax payments—for their clients. In Cabo alone, Associa Mexico manages 39 communities, and another 20 throughout Baja California Sur.
Melissa Eisenman’s background
Melissa Eisenman holds dual citizenship in Mexico and the United States and has lived in Venezuela, Colombia, Florida, and Mexico. Her multicultural background and deep understanding of both American and Mexican systems make her uniquely qualified to guide communities across Baja. Her grandmother hails from Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, and she has now called Los Cabos home for the past three years.
Since moving to Cabo, Melissa has worked with Associa Mexico, collaborating closely with Ronival Property Management.
