A little about Eric and Melissa Eross
Currently living in Fountain Hills, Arizona, Eric and Melissa now own a Cabo pre-construction condo. Melissa was born and raised in Arizona and says she loves everything about living there. Eric, originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, explains that his career is what took him to Arizona.
Melissa describes her busy life: she’s a certified medical assistant, a stay-at-home mom to two boys (ages 15 and 20), a French bulldog mom, and manager of a family business.
Eric is a Physician—a Neurologist specializing in headache medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix. He explains to Nick what his day-to-day work looks like as part of one of the most respected medical institutions in the world.
How they came to know Cabo
When asked about their introduction to Cabo, Eric explains that he first visited in 2011 with his brother. The moment he arrived, he knew Cabo was special and couldn’t wait to bring Melissa. Since then, they’ve vacationed in Cabo regularly for more than a decade.
They always stayed at the same place—the Waldorf Astoria (formerly The Resort at Pedregal). This resort holds deep sentimental value for them; it’s where Eric first told Melissa that he loves her. And beyond that, it’s simply one of the most luxurious properties in all of Mexico.
