I grew up in Southern California and attended University in San Diego SU, to study Psychology. It was during that time that I got into competitive surfing. Upon graduation, I did a lot of traveling and moved to Malibu, California.
I began an outdoor fitness company where I took people of all ages on hikes throughout the week from beginners to advanced trails. It also included water aerobics and swimming lessons. It was a passion of mine and great means of financial stability. This ended up catching the attention of the Los Angeles Times who did a cover page story on my success.
I continued to do this for 8 years while working in the restaurant/bar industry at night. In 2004, I found myself looking for a new endeavor and made the decision to drive down the Baja to Cabo San Lucas
