Since becoming licensed in 2022, Yuliya has earned a national CONOCER certification and completed advanced professional training through Ronival University, where she received her PhD designation. Yuliya has been serving the coastal communities of Todos Santos, Cerritos, and El Pescadero.
Originally from Russia, Yuliya immigrated to the United States before moving to Baja to fulfill her dream of living by the ocean in Baja paradise. Fluent in both English and Russian, Yuliya combines international perspective with local expertise. Having personally navigated land acquisition, home design, and construction in Baja, she brings practical knowledge that helps her clients feel informed and confident.
