Olivia was born and raised in Yuba City, CA. where she followed in her mom’s footsteps and began a real estate career over 8 years ago. Olivia’s career took off due to the referral business she had, 85% of her business came from referrals. Olivia was very involved with her community and even had her own YouTube channel called “The Running Realtor.” Olivia also served as a director for the local Real Estate Board and helped with several charity events. Olivia, JJ and their family decided to make a change and that change included Cabo.
Olivia, her husband JJ, and their 2 kids came to Cabo San Lucas in Aug 2022 . Over the past 2 years they purchased investment properties and would come to Cabo often to get them ready to rent. With those trips came beach time, meeting new people from all over the world, and beautiful weather. Olivia and her family decided they wanted this full time. They got it all done in 5 months and now call Cabo their home. Olivia decided to do real estate in Cabo with her husband as her partner. Two for the price of one!
