My first 30 years were immersed in the fine dining and luxury hospitality industry, a natural progression from growing up in my parents’ Connecticut restaurants. My education includes degrees in Culinary Arts and Hotel & Restaurant Management from Johnson & Wales University, plus advanced wine studies. This extensive foundation led me to co-own a prime steakhouse and nightclub in Boca Raton, FL, and work in exclusive resorts and golf clubs across the country, from San Francisco to Palm Beach, and even summering in iconic locations like Martha’s Vineyard and Southampton.
For the last 15 years in Charleston, SC, I expanded my skills to include luxury auto sales, hospitality consulting, and boutique private events. My life has been one of constant exploration: I’ve crossed the country six times, visited 47 states, and extensively explored the Baja Peninsula. My wife and I share a deep passion for food and wine, which has taken us through Europe (including months in Paris) and Thailand. We’ve also successfully franchised her company teaching visual arts to preschoolers.
My personal journey to Cabo was an intensive learning experience in local real estate. An initial pre-construction condo purchase faced significant delays and complications. Successfully navigating that situation, recovering our investment, and ultimately securing our current condo in El Tezal, provided me with invaluable firsthand knowledge of the region’s laws and processes. I’m now uniquely equipped to protect and guide my clients, helping them avoid similar challenges.
Beyond my professional life, I have a strong passion for interior, exterior, and landscape design, enjoy painting, cooking, and discovering new luxury resorts and restaurants. Clients tell me my friendly, honest, and experienced approach makes working together a refreshing joy. I also love golfing, boating, biking, camping, road trips, and spending time with my wife and our dogs.
