See the darkest time Nick Fong experienced in real estate

Nick Fong started his real estate company with his wife Rocio back in 2008.  Their combined knowledge and experience allowed them to be successful right from the start.  But in 2009, the Great Recession had begun and that greatly affected Cabo, where they began.  At that time, Rocio was pregnant and they were over $200,000 USD in debt.

Nick states in the video exactly how he contemplated getting out of debt so they could start making money during the recession.  His contemplation occurred while out waling their dogs.  Also in the video, he calls that the hardest time in his real estate career, which began in the United States.
