Unfortunately, this home, which was for sale for two years, had a problem. As Rocio describes in the video, the stairs didn’t match the house and they were not wide enough to be appealing – they were difficult to use.
Now that the homeowners had become anxious to sell their house in Palmilla, they contacted Ronival Property Management to assess and update it as needed. And once the project was complete, the homeowners struggled with second thoughts about selling – they loved it and didn’t want to sell it!
