Sol Gutiérrez’ story and her success
Originally from Ecuador, Sol Gutiérrez moved to Cabo in 2010 for a very special reason: her daughter. To explain, Sol’s daughter was told by her doctor that she needs to live near the ocean for medical reasons. And, Cabo has one of the best medical facilities around to support her daughter’s needed medical care, surgeries, and rehabilitation therapy.
In January of 2020, Sol joined Ronival Real Estate as an Internal Sales Agent. Shortly after that, at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Sol became Ronival’s first agent in La Paz, just north of Cabo in Baja California Sur.
Now, Sol lives in Cabo and is one of Ronival Real Estate’s top producers. And as she says in the video, after work every single day, she goes home and feels like she’s on vacation. That’s what happens when you live and work in Cabo – you get to go to the beach whenever you want.

Starting with Sol’s daughter, now that she’s grown and mostly recovered from her medical condition, Sol’s daughter now works in the Ronival Real Estate call center. As for Sol herself, she was able to take full advantage of Ronival’s technological approach to the real estate business.
After learning the ins-and-outs of the business and the technology, she was able to work remotely. And after really applying herself and working very hard, she quickly rose to the title of “Top Producer.”

Nick Fong and his team at Ronival Real Estate have access to many technologies made available to them. To explain, this technology deals with the great many aspects of communication. As an example, the CRM system they use to send hundreds of thousands of email communications every single month. Additionally, a dialing system is used to make hundreds, if not thousands of phone calls per hour .
Text messaging systems are used as well and they work very quite effectively. Nick Fong mentions that many of his clients are more available via text messaging on their phone. Therefore, he uses technology to send tens of thousands of text messages each and every month. In addition, all of those communications are controlled. Also, they have a purpose based on information about or requested by each and every client on their list.
