Originally from Sonoma Valley in Northern California, Gary Massa was raised in a construction family that taught him the value of hard work, construction and architecture, relationships and ultimately what became the creation of his inspiration and passion for real estate and what homes meant to families.
After a five-year career as Regional Sales Manager for an Organic Foods company, Gary moved to San Diego in 2006 in search of new experiences and warmer climate. He began his real estate career with a national lender based out of San Diego. There, he steadily advanced up to the company’s National Business Operations Manager, which included Licensing and Compliance, Recruitment, and Business Development. Then in 2008, Gary transitioned full time to his true passion – the housing side of real estate. He always enjoyed helping people achieve the dream of creating wealth and security through Real Estate.
Gary’s passion for warmer climates and majestic oceanfront communities lead him to Cabo. After many years of visits and exploration, he fell in love with the community and became a resident of Cabo. Now, he splits his time between Cabo San Lucas and San Diego.
Gary’s dynamic experience in real estate sales and investments, along with his knowledge of both Los Cabos and San Diego Markets pairs well with the growing US demand for Los Cabos retirement and investment homes. That combination creates an incredible opportunity to provide value in his service to both residence of San Diego and Los Cabos.
