Rita first came to Baja California Sur in 2013 and immediately fell in love with the East Cape North area. On her second trip to Baja, she bought property and slowly began building her retirement dream. Once retired in the states, she chose to make Los Barriles her permanent home. Rita is deeply connected to the community in Los Barriles and the surrounding communities. Rita is Program Director for the Spay, Neuter & Prevention (S.N.A.P.) program in Los Barriles.
Rita’s passion for assisting others, has now poured over into the complex world of buying and selling real estate in Mexico. She loves to share her first-hand knowledge on how to navigate purchasing land and finding the right builder for the project, or her experience selling and buying homes. Rita always makes time to answer questions about the process and strives to help others buy or build their own dream home, living near the beach in Baja California Sur.
When not assisting her clients, you’ll find Rita working in her garden, exploring the wonders of Baja, and traveling with her spouse and two dogs. She is thankful to work with a fantastic team of agents in the Los Barriles office.
