Starting his real estate career in Des Moines, Iowa, Nolan Bonnstetter moved to Los Cabos three years ago. As such, he has been working for Ronival Real Estate for two-and-a-half years now. In the video, Nolan explains that although he was in touch with Nick Fong prior to moving to Los Cabos, he actually started working for another brokerage in Los Cabos prior to working for Nick Fong.
Being one of the “Top Producers” in Iowa provides great credibility to Nolan’s opinion about the real estate market. A distinct difference that stands out to Nolan while talking with Nick Fong is one simple fact: The homes in Iowa were primary residences and the homes in Los Cabos are secondary residences and vacation rental properties. This has inspired Nolan to refine his real estates sales skills, making him a top producer in Los Cabos too.
In the video, Nolan explains that while working in Des Moines, he dealt with many track homes. As such, the floor plans and styles were repeated throughout. Now that he’s working in Los Cabos, he loves working with the unique styles all around Los Cabos. Plus, the vistas are amazing and unique to themselves.
