The whole story from Lin and Jim Loftus
Only a couple of years ago, back in early 2020, Lin and Jim decided to rent a beach house in Palmilla. This amazing community is situated in the San Jose Corridor snuggled between the mountains and the spectacular Sea of Cortez. Fortunately, since they rented this amazing beach rental through Ronival Property Management, they quickly discovered the great service provided by Ronival. As such, they were quite impressed.
During their stay there, Lin and Jim quickly connected with a Ronival Real Estate agent so they could uncover options available within Palmilla. Shortly after searching, they discovered their “perfect” beach house – it met all of their needs. Unfortunately, it needed much work to bring it up-to-date. Having been a real estate developer in the Denver area, Jim Loftus decided to speak with Rocio, the director of Ronival Real Estate, and her property manager Analee. During their conversation, he asked them some tough questions to make sure they really knew what they were doing. It only took 15 minutes for Jim to be convinced. Then, Lin and Jim decided to proceed with the purchase and remodel project of their new beach home.
